It Really Is Time for Another Post
Four Water Dance images. Water Dances is a new collection of images gathered around the idea that water never just sits there. It is always dancing to the rhythms of the world around it.
These images are from two tiny ponds and capture a bit of the choreography of light, shadow and movement. The movement in the water that comes from wind, from the turning of the world, from the interplay of creatures and reflections from the boundaries.
Water is always bounded either fully or partially in some way. The hard and soft of the boundaries create reflections that are quite different as the water waves strike and rebound. and the image on the surface becomes part of the dance as shapes change and lines bend.
